Reporting Requirements
Requires licensed health care professionals to report autism spectrum diagnoses to the Department of Health if the diagnosed individual or one of their parents or guardians is a North Dakota resident. Requires health care professionals to submit the report within 30 days of the initial diagnosis and to report previously reported individuals within 30 days of their first encounter with the patient.
