Reporting
Requires medical diagnostic laboratories, physicians, hospitals, health care facilities, and other health care providers to report the conditions identified in N.D. Admin. Code 33-06-01-01 to the Department of Health. Requires teachers to report suspected cases of communicable conditions to a local health officer and send the child home from school. Permits the child to return to school upon receiving clearance from a licensed physician or the local health department.
