Establishment and confidentiality of the registry for the medical use of marijuana
 
Requires the Department of Public Health and Environment to create a registry of patients that have a medical marijuana card. Requires the Department to maintain the confidentiality of all medical records and identifying information obtained in the course of administering the registry. Limits registry access to Department employees and law enforcement officials that need the information to carry out their duties. Permits the Department to disclose a patient’s own information to them upon receipt of written authorization.
