Records of Registrants
Requires persons that manufacture, dispense, or administer controlled substances to maintain records in accordance with federal laws and Iowa regulations. Requires practitioners that dispense controlled substances to their patients to maintain disbursement records. Mandates the maintenance of records for two years following the date of the recorded transaction.
