Or. Rev. Stat. § 413.196 - Confidentiality and inadmissibility of information obtained in connection with epidemiologic morbidity and mortality studies

All information relating to special epidemiologic morbidity and mortality studies, including written reports, notes, records, statements and studies, that is procured by or furnished to the Oregon Health Authority, any federal public health agency or any tax-exempt nonprofit health agency, is confidential and exempt from disclosure as a public record.  The authority or a health agency may publish statistical compilations and reports relating to these studies, or to general morbidity and mortality studies if such compilations and reports do not identify individual cases and sources of information.
