An occupational disease is any abnormal condition or disorder, including an occupational injury, caused by exposure to environmental factors associated with employment, including such diseases as asbestosis, mesothelioma, silicosis, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, exposure to heavy metals, and any injury associated with agricultural work.
