Authorizes pharmacists who complete a training course to administer vaccinations. Requires pharmacists to maintain immunization records and submit a record of the immunization to the recipient’s primary care provider or, if the recipient does not have a primary care provider, a physician whom the pharmacist has entered into a vaccination protocol with. Requires the vaccination to be reported to the appropriate vaccination registry unless the vaccinated person or their parent or guardian objects to the reporting.
