Kan. Admin. Regs. § 100-23-1, Treatment of obesity
Regulates the use of controlled substances to treat obesity. Requires physicians to conduct an examination prior to prescribing controlled substances and to document their findings in the patient's medical record. Requires physicians to monitor patient progress and document such progress and the patient’s vitals in the their record.
