Establishes standards for pharmacy services provided by health departments and non-profit family planning clinics. Tasks the pharmacist-in-charge with supervising the distribution, storage, and control of drugs. Requires drug distribution records to be maintained that include the prescription drug order or written protocol and other specified information (e.g., patient name, drug name, prescriber's name, etc.).
