Establishes standards for non-resident pharmacies. Requires these pharmacies to be licensed or registered in the state in which they are located and to designate a pharmacist-in-charge who will serve as the point of communication with the Kansas Board of Pharmacy. Requires nonresident pharmacies to maintain readily retrievable records of drugs dispensed to Kansas addresses and permit inspection of these records by the Board and Kansas law enforcement agencies.
