Kan. Admin. Regs. § 30-60-62, Basic service delivery standards

Requires community mental health centers to conduct an initial assessment upon a consumer’s arrival at the center and use this assessment to create an individualized treatment plan. Requires centers to allow consumers, their family members, and other person’s designated by the consumer to participate in creating the plan. Specifies the information that centers must document in consumer’s clinical record (e.g., consumer’s progress toward meeting their plan goals, discharge summary, etc.).
