Identifies the responsibilities of persons who conduct infant audiologic assessments after an infant’s discharge (e.g., reporting assessment results to the parents, primary care provider, and Department of Health and Environment, referring the infant for any necessary follow-up care, referring the infant to early intervention services and helping to create a plan for such services, etc.).
