Identifies the responsibilities of a medical care facility’s hearing screening manager or coordinator (e.g., recording screening results in the newborn’s record, sending the screening results to the newborn’s primary care provider, giving the newborn’s parents or guardians information about the screening process, providing information about follow-up care, etc.).
