Establishes standards for ambulatory surgical center pharmacy, radiology, and laboratory services. Establishes retention periods for laboratory reports (e.g., ten years for cytologic tests, two years for routine tests etc.). Requires ambulatory surgical centers to conduct ongoing quality assurance  activities for their pharmacy, radiology, and laboratory services.
