Establishes standards for hospital physical therapy services. Requires physical therapy treatment to be documented in a patient’s chart. Requires records of physical therapy services to be maintained for patients seen on an inpatient or outpatient basis. Requires these records to include dates of treatment, modalities, and progress notes.
