Requires abortion facilities to establish policies and procedures for performing abortions. Requires facilities to obtain the informed consent of the pregnant person prior to the procedure. Requires facilities to use resuscitative measures if the abortion procedure results in the delivery of a newborn and to transfer the newborn to a hospital. Requires facilities to document their use of resuscitative measures and transfer of the newborn.
