Ind. Code Ann. § 16-19-10-6 - Confidentiality of State Health Department Surveys

This law allows the state department of health to conduct surveys about the health of Indiana residents and to monitor the department’s programs. However, the law states that all information obtained in such surveys that could identify an individual is confidential.
