Idaho Code Ann. § 39-910, Duties of Director in Enforcing Act

Tasks the Director of the Department of Health with enforcing the act that requires infants to undergo testing for phenylketonuria and other diseases. Requires the Director to identify the other tests that infants must undergo, to provide the public with information regarding phenylketonuria  and other diseases, and to maintain records of infants that have such diseases.
