HIV testing -- obtaining consent -- voluntary HIV-related tests for pregnant women.
Requires providers to include HIV testing when conducting prenatal tests on pregnant patients. Permits pregnant patients to object to the test in which case the provider must document the objection in the patient’s medical record and encourage them to undergo testing at subsequent visits.
