“Reports of information on health and accident insurance under the insurance law”

Each health insurer, prepaid limited health services organization, and health maintenance organization must annually submit to the Office of Insurance Regulation concerning health insurance coverage. The required information must be described by market segment and include the health insurer’s contact information and information on all health insurance policies and contracts. The Office of Insurance Regulation must analyze the data reported and make available to the Department of Health. The Department of Health must provide to the public a summary of its findings as to the types of cost containment measures reported and the effect of these measures.
