“Information submitted for review of antitrust issues; confidentiality under the public health law”

The following information held by the Office of the Attorney General, which is submitted by a health care entity pursuant to a request for an antitrust no-action letter, is confidential for 1 year after the date of submission:

  • Documents that reveal trade secrets;
  • Preferred provider organization contracts;
  • Health maintenance organization contracts;
  • Documents that reveal a health care provider’s marketing plan; and
  • Proprietary confidential business information.
