“Examination of prepaid health clinic by the office of insurance under the Health Maintenance Organization Act”
The Office of Insurance Regulation must examine the affairs, transactions, accounts, business records, and assets of any health maintenance organization for the protection of the people of Florida. However, medical records of individuals and physicians are not subject to audit, but may be subject to subpoena by court order.
