“Anti-fraud reward program; reporting of insurance fraud under Unfair Insurance Trade Practices Act”
The Office of Insurance Regulation must establish an Anti-Fraud Reward Program to award individuals $25,000 if they provide information leading to the arrest and conviction of people committing insurance fraud.
