“Interagency agreements to detect and deter Medicaid and public assistance fraud under the insurance law”
The Chief Financial Officer of the Department of Services must prepare model interagency agreements for the coordination of prevention, investigation and prosecution of Medicaid and public assistance fraud. These agreements are to be known as Strike Force agreements and may be used by state agencies and any federal, state, or local law enforcement agencies.
