“Penalties for violations under the regulation of professions and occupations law”
The following acts constitute a felony of the third degree:
- Practicing as clinical laboratory personnel without an active license; and
 - Fraudulently obtaining a license to practice as clinical laboratory personnel by knowing misrepresentation.
 
The following acts constitute a misdemeanor of the first degree:
- Knowingly concealing information relating to violations of the law;
 - Leading the public to believe that one is licensed as clinical laboratory personnel without holding a valid, active license.
