“Acceptance, collection, identification, and examination of specimens under the regulation of professions and occupations law”
Laboratory test results must be reported directly to the licensed practitioner or other authorized person who requested it. Additionally, laboratory test results may be disclosed to other health care practitioners who are treating the patient without the patient’s consent.
