“Rebates prohibited; penalties under the Florida Pharmacy Act”
Pharmacists are prohibited from paying or receiving any commission, bonus, kickback, or rebate or engage in any split-fee arrangement for patient referrals. The Agency for Health Care Administration may impose a fine of $1,000 for each violation of this statute and impose other disciplinary sanctions.
