“Medicaid managed care fraud under the social welfare law”
Each Medicaid managed care plan must adopt an anti-fraud plan to detect and prevent overpayments, abuse, and fraud. The anti-fraud plan must be submitted to the Office of Medicaid Program Integrity within the Agency for Health Care Administration.
