“Complaint data reports under the public health law”

The Office of State Long-Term Care Ombudsman must maintain a statewide uniform system to collect and analyze data relating to complaints and conditions in long-term care facilities and to residents for the purpose of identifying and resolving significant programs. The office must publish information pertaining to the number and types of complaints received by the State Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program every three months.
