“Establishment of Office of State Long-Term Care Ombudsman; designation of ombudsman and legal advocate under the public health law”
The Office of State Long-Term Care Ombudsman is established within the Department of Elderly Affairs. The office must be led by the State Long-Term Care Ombudsman. The office is also obligated to have a legal advocate.
