“Medicaid fraud control under the executive branch law”
The Department of Legal Affair’s Medicaid Fraud Control Unit is authorized to investigate all allegations of Medicaid fraud. The Medicaid Fraud Control Unit may refer any criminal violation it uncovered to the appropriate prosecuting authority.
