“Confidentiality under the Prepaid Limited Health Service Organization Act of Florida”
Any information pertaining to the diagnosis, treatment, or health of any enrollee of a prepaid limited health service organization are confidential and privileged. The information may not be disclosed to the public without the specific written consent of the enrollee or otherwise permitted by law.
