“Comprehensive health and human services eligibility access system under the public health law”
The Agency for Health Care Administration must develop a comprehensive, automated system to enable individuals and families to determine whether they are eligible for public health programs. The system must also integrate and coordinate care for special populations, including elders, adults with disabilities, and children with special needs.
