“Confidentiality under the Tuberculosis Control Act”

Information and records held by the Department of Health relating to cases of tuberculosis are confidential and may not be disclosed to the public except: with the consent of the patient for statistical purposes with identifying information removed; to medical personnel, state agencies, or courts; during a medical emergency; or to the proper authorities permitted by law.
