“Rebates prohibited- penalties under the Agency for Health Care Administration regulations”
Clinical laboratories may not pay or receive any commission, bonus, kickback, rebate or gratuity or engage in any split fee arrangement for the referral of a patient. Any violation of this regulation may result in revocation of the clinical laboratory’s license and a fine up to $1,000.
