“Costs of reproducing medical records under the Department of Health regulations”
A physician must provide patients with a copy of their medical records upon request. A physician may charge the following copying fees:
- For the first 25 pages, $1 per page; and
- For each page in excess of 25 pages, the cost is $0.25.
