“Release of medical records; reasonable costs of reproduction under the Department of Health regulations”
Chiropractors must release of patient medical records upon the request of a patient or the patient’s legal representative. Chiropractors may charge reasonable copying fees for patients, which may not be more than the following: $1 for the first 25 pages and $.25 for each page in excess of 25 pages.
