“Costs of reproducing medical records under the Department of Health regulations”
A podiatrist may charge a reasonable fee for the release of copies of patient medical records, which must be the following:
- For the first 25 pages, $1 per page, and
- For each page in excess of 25 pages, $0.25 per page.
