“Inspection of laboratories under the Agency for Health Care Administration regulations”
The Agency for Health Care Administration is authorized to conduct unannounced or announced inspections on clinical laboratories every 2 years to ensure compliance with legal requirements. The agency may conduct unannounced complaint investigations of any clinical laboratory at any time.
