“Standards of performance under the Agency for Health Care Administration regulations”
Multiphasic health testing centers must have written policies and procedures regarding their:
- Quality control procedures for performing routine checks to assure proper operation of equipment and test methodologies; and
- Quality assurance program which is designed to monitor and evaluate the ongoing and overall quality of the testing process.
Reports which provide test results must not be revealed to individuals unauthorized by law to review them.
