“Validation, licensure, & life safety inspections and complaint investigation under the Agency for Health Care Administration regulations”  

The Agency for Health Care Administration must conduct inspections of ambulatory surgical centers when there are complaints of violations of licensing requirements and safety standards. The agency must impose penalties on ambulatory surgical centers that fail to submit an acceptable plan of correction or implement actions to correct deficiencies identified by the agency.
