Florida Administrative Code § 58L-1-007

“Complaint procedures under the Department of Elder Affairs regulations”

Any person may make a written or verbal complaint to the Office of State Long-Term Ombudsman. A complaint may be anonymous. An investigation must be made within 7 days and be closed within 90 days after the complaint is filed.
