Disparities impact and evaluation report - R.I. Gen. Laws Ann. § 23-64.1-6

The commission for health advocacy and equity must “prepare a disparities impact and evaluation report” that evaluates the impact of “programs, policies, and activities” on health disparities and evaluates the progress toward eliminating and reducing such disparities. The commission must release their first report two years after creation of the commission and every two years thereafter. Reports must be published on the internet and distributed to the governor, speaker of the house, and president of the senate.
