Disclosure of health care information by hospital 
 
Prohibits hospitals and their agents and employees from disclosing patient information without patient authorization. Requires hospitals to maintain records for persons that receive or examine a patient’s information for at least three years. Specifies the information that such records must include (name of the person who accessed the information, a description of the information, etc.). Exempts authorized disclosures to third party payors and treatment providers from the record keeping requirement.
