Del. Code Ann. tit. 16, § 9703 - Delaware Emergency Medical Services Oversight Council

The Delaware Emergency Medical Services Oversight Council is responsible for studying, researching, planning, and evaluating the coordination and effective utilization of public agencies and private institutions’ emergency medical programs. The council must also review and make recommendations concerning quality improvement efforts and provide an annual report to the Governor and state legislature, which outlines the performance of all EMS system agencies and estimates the costs of Delaware's EMS medical system.
