Del. Code Ann. tit. 16, § 224 - Confidentiality of reports

Patient information maintained in the autism surveillance and registry program is confidential and may not be disclosed in a manner that may identify the patient or the patient’s family. However, patient-identifying information may be exchanged among public health agencies. A health care provider or health facility that made a report to the program is not liable for disclosing confidential patient information.
