The Department of Health and Social Services and related agencies and the Child Death, Near Death, and Still Birth Commission must use health information only for legitimate public health purposes and not commercial purposes. The Department of Health and Social Services and related agencies must remove identifiable information from the health information it maintains as much as possible.
