Del. Code Ann. tit. 16, § 1208 - Violations, penalties for unlawful disclosure of genetic information, jurisdiction

Any person who improperly retains an individual’s genetic information or sample may be fined from $1,000 to $10,000. Any person who improperly obtains or discloses genetic information may be fined from $5,000 to $50,000. Any person who improperly disclosed a person’s genetic information is liable to the individual for all actual damages caused by the disclosure.
