The “drug abuse reporting system” must include the “age, sex, occupation, background, and degree of apparent dependency of the individual involved, and the nature and type of drug involved” and any other statistics specified by the director of health. Hospitals, physicians, and law enforcement agencies must report such information on a monthly basis.
