Confidentiality of Health Information, 
 
Requires health maintenance organizations to maintain the confidentiality of enrollee and applicant health information. Specifies the circumstances in which HMOs may disclose such data (e.g., with the enrollee or applicant's consent, pursuant to a court order, etc.). Authorizes HMOs to assert a privilege against disclosing information to the extent that the health care provider who supplied such information could assert a privilege.
